If I wasn't in Prison, I'd be doing what?: I would be working providing for my family. In my spare time I will be an advocate to stop gang violence and the spread of HIV in the African American Communities.

Born in Brooklyn NY, then moved to North Carolina. So I guess you can say I'm a Southern boy with a city swagger.
Changed man seeks new friends, because committing another felony is NOT an option. Optimist, hard worker, activist. Hobbies and interests include: Crocheting; painting (though I don't paint as often as I should); cooking; working out; and traveling, I have strong morals and principles, and I'm very big on trust and honesty.
I am the father of three children and a good man. However, I was not the father I could have been, due to some bad choices I made earlier in life. I have been actively correcting these flaws in Judgement for the past eight years. I lived the street life for a long time, so I realize it takes time to unlearn negative behavior.
I made the decision to use the time I've received to better myself. I educate myself about topics I didn't know about, and I study to be stronger and smarter in areas I was once weak. I have taken a number of classes in various areas to assist me. I focus on the things I know I'll need upon my release back into society. My main objective is to be just the opposite of what I used to be, and FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.
I love music, and I have a particular fondness for Neo-Soul. I like some rap music. My preference is old school hip hop. My favorite R&B singer is Keith Sweat, but I also like Tank, Musiq Soul Child, and Avant.
I like all women. Race isn't important because I'm not a racist. However, I am very much in love with the "BEAUTIFUL BLACK WOMEN". What matters most is a good personality. I like a woman who has her head on straight and is not easily influenced by others. One who is more of a leader as opposed to a follower. I like a woman with a sense of humor and a nice warm smile to go with it. If she knows how to cook on top of all that, she's perfect.
As far as relationships are concerned, I am a "ONE WOMAN MAN" who will pamper and cater to my woman. I have no problem with cooking; cleaning; doing the dishes and the laundry if need be. I'll bathe her or just wash her feet if she so desires. I love to have fun with my lady, going to different places and experiencing different things.
Due to my incarceration, I'm only looking for friendship right now. Yet, with a little time and effort, who knows what the future could bring. At any rate, it would be refreshing to communicate with someone on the outside and receive the female perspective.
